At Samrakshan Organics, we are committed to delivering high-quality plant and gardening products. Due to the natural and perishable nature of many of our items, our return and refund policy is designed to ensure fairness while maintaining product quality standards.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or replacement under the following conditions:

• The product was damaged during transit
• You received a wrong item
• The product is defective or unusable upon delivery
• The package arrived leaking, broken, or significantly compromised

Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Live plants affected by environmental conditions after delivery
• Products damaged due to improper handling or storage by the customer
• Opened or partially used gardening inputs (fertilizers, soil mixes, bio-products, etc.)
• Items purchased during clearance sales or promotional offers (unless damaged or defective)
• Natural variations in plants such as size, color, or minor leaf damage caused during transit

3. Proof Required

To process a return or replacement request, customers must provide:

• Order number
• Clear photos or videos of the product and packaging
• Description of the issue

Requests without proper proof may not be approved.

4. Return Approval Process

1. Submit a return request within the allowed time frame.
2. Our team will review the request within 2–3 business days.
3. If approved:

• A replacement will be arranged, or
• A refund will be initiated as per eligibility.

Samrakshan Organics reserves the right to approve or reject requests based on verification.

5. Refund Policy

Approved refunds will be processed as follows:

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• Processing time: 5–7 business days after approval.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of incorrect or damaged deliveries.

6. Replacement Policy

Where applicable, replacements will be prioritized over refunds for:

• Damaged products
• Incorrect items shipped
• Manufacturing defects

Replacement delivery timelines may vary depending on product availability and location.

7. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund.
• Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled and will fall under the return policy terms.

8. Shipping & Handling Disclaimer

Plants and gardening products are sensitive to weather, transit duration, and handling conditions. Minor soil displacement, leaf shedding, or packaging disturbance during shipping is considered normal and does not qualify for returns.
